Intellectual Property Policy

Last updated: 6/30/2026

The Intellectual Property (IP) Policy of Solution aims to protect the intellectual property rights of Solution and its users, fostering an environment of innovation, respect, and legal compliance. This policy outlines the guidelines for the use, sharing, and protection of intellectual property on the Solution platform.

Key Elements Ownership of Intellectual Property

Solution’s IP: Solution retains all rights, title, and interest in and to its trademarks, logos, software, content, and other intellectual property. Unauthorized use of Solution’s IP is prohibited.

User’s IP: Users retain ownership of the intellectual property rights in the content they create and share on the platform, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and software. Every user and startup page on Solution has the right to its own intellectual property.

User-Generated Content

By posting content on the Solution platform, users grant Solution a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the platform.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others and complies with all applicable laws.

Respect for Third-Party IP

Users must respect the intellectual property rights of third parties. Posting content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others is strictly prohibited.

If users wish to use third-party content, they must obtain the necessary permissions or licenses from the rightful owners.

Reporting IP Infringement

If you believe your copyright has been infringed on the Solution platform, please follow the DMCA Notice and Procedure for Copyright Infringement Claims in our Terms & Conditions — that is the official process for copyright claims. For other intellectual property concerns not covered by copyright (for example, trademark or trade secret issues), you may file a complaint with Solution's designated IP Officer by emailing offices@solution4u.com with:

A description of the IP that you claim has been infringed.

A description of the material that you claim is infringing and where it is located on the platform.

Your contact information.

A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the IP owner, its agent, or the law.

A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the IP owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Handling IP Infringement Claims

Upon receiving a valid complaint, Solution will take appropriate actions, which may include removing the infringing content, suspending or terminating the accounts of repeat infringers, and notifying the user who posted the content.

Solution reserves the right to restore content if the user who posted it provides evidence that they have the rights to use the disputed content.

Trademarks and Logos

Solution’s trademarks, logos, and branding materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of these materials is prohibited.

Users wishing to use Solution’s trademarks or logos must obtain prior written permission from Solution.

Confidential Information

Users must respect the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared within the platform.

Unauthorized disclosure or use of confidential information is prohibited and may result in legal action.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring that their activities on the Solution platform comply with this IP Policy and all applicable intellectual property laws.

Users should seek legal advice if they are unsure about their rights or obligations regarding intellectual property.

Disclaimer of Responsibility

Solution is not responsible for any unauthorized use, theft, or misappropriation of any user's ideas, startup features, ventures, innovations, or other intellectual property shared on the platform. Users are solely responsible for protecting their intellectual property and ensuring that sharing such information on the platform does not compromise their rights.

 Users Startups and Ideas

Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others on the platform. If a user creates a startup page or shares their ideas and innovations on Solution, it is recognized as their intellectual property. Other users must respect this and refrain from unauthorized use, duplication, or misappropriation of these ideas and startups.

Changes to the Policy Solution reserves the right to modify this Intellectual Property Policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
