No ordinary refunds
Except as set out below or as required by applicable law, payments for subscription periods are non-refundable. When you cancel, cancellation is effective immediately and you will not receive a refund for the current billing period.

Free trial conversion
If you start a 24-hour free trial and provide payment details to begin the trial, you must cancel before the trial expires to avoid being charged. If the trial converts to a paid subscription in error, contact support immediately and we will investigate.

Exceptions required by law
Consumer protection laws in certain jurisdictions (for example, the EU and Israel) can give purchasers the right to withdraw from distance contracts or receive refunds within statutory periods. In such cases Solution will comply with statutory refund or withdrawal rights and will process refunds in accordance with those laws.

How to request a refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under this Policy or applicable law, contact support at [Offices@Solution4u.com] with your account details and a short description. We will respond within a reasonable time and, if a refund is approved, issue it via the original payment method or other method we specify.

Chargebacks and disputes
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without contacting Solution, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and to recover any fees and costs associated with the dispute or chargeback process.

Processing time
If a refund is approved, we will usually process it within [14] business days; actual refund timing also depends on your payment provider or bank.
