Subscription & Billing Policy

This Subscription & Billing Policy explains how memberships on Solution are billed, renewed, and managed. By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined here, including monthly charges, automatic renewals, payment processing, cancellations, and access rights. This policy ensures transparency so you always know how your subscription works and what to expect when joining Solution’s exclusive community.

1. Scope

This Subscription & Billing Policy (“Policy”) explains how subscriptions, billing, payment, renewal and cancellation work for Solution (“we”, “us”, “Solution”). This Policy applies to all users who subscribe to Solution’s paid membership. By subscribing you accept this Policy together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Subscription overview

  • Solution is a paid-membership platform. Access to members-only features requires an active paid subscription.

  • The standard subscription price is USD $1.99 per month. We may change prices in the future; price changes will be applied to future billing periods only after appropriate notice.

  • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified.

3. Payment processing & third parties

  • Payments are processed by third-party payment processors and gateways used by Solution (via Wix and our payment providers). By subscribing you authorize Solution and our payment processor(s) to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees and applicable taxes or fees.

  • Solution does not store sensitive payment authentication data (for example, CVV). Payment data handling and card-on-file practices are handled by the payment processors; their security and PCI obligations apply to those transactions.

  • If a specific payment provider is used (e.g., a local bank gateway), your use of their services will be subject to their terms and privacy rules in addition to these terms.

4. Automatic renewal & billing authorization 

  • Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the date you were first charged (the “Renewal Date”). By subscribing you authorize Solution (and our payment processor) to charge the payment method you provided for the subscription fee on the Renewal Date and on each subsequent Renewal Date until you cancel.

  • You must cancel before the next Renewal Date to avoid being charged for the next billing period.

5. Free trial

  • Solution may offer a 24-hour free trial. If you are required to provide payment details to begin the trial, you authorize Solution to automatically charge your payment method at the end of the trial period for the subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial expires.

  • If you do not provide payment details at the time of the trial, you will be prompted to add a payment method to continue using the paid service after your trial ends.

6. Cancellation & effect of cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Solution account settings or by contacting support at [Offices@Soluion4u.com].

  • Cancellation is effective immediately; on cancellation your access to members-only features ends immediately and you will not be charged for future billing periods.

  • Except as expressly required by applicable law (see Section 9) or made at Solution’s sole discretion, fees already paid for prior billing periods are non-refundable.

7. Refunds

  • No ordinary refunds: Unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed by Solution, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.

  • Legal exceptions: Consumer protection laws in some jurisdictions (for example certain rights under Israeli law, EU distance-contract rules, or other local law) may require refunds or offer withdrawal rights. Where applicable law grants you a right to a refund or withdrawal, Solution will comply with such laws.

  • If you believe you are entitled to a refund under this Policy or applicable law, contact support at [Offices@Soluion4u.com] with your account details and a description of the issue. We will review and, if approved, process the refund using the original payment method or another method we designate.

8. Taxes

  • Prices do not include taxes unless expressly stated at checkout. You are responsible for any VAT, GST, sales tax or other taxes that may apply to purchases made from Solution in your jurisdiction. Where required by law or by our payment provider, Solution may collect and remit taxes. Taxes will be shown on invoices where applicable.

9. Consumer rights & mandatory local protections

  • This Policy is intended to comply with consumer protection laws, but local mandatory consumer laws may provide additional rights. Where local law provides greater protection than this Policy, local law prevails. Notably:

    • In the European Union a consumer may have a statutory withdrawal (cooling-off) right for distance contracts in certain cases; where applicable, these rights will be honored consistent with local law.

    • In Israel, consumer protection and distance-sale rules may apply to customers in Israel.

    • Certain U.S. states have specific disclosure and automatic renewal rules; Solution will provide clear, prominent renewal disclosures at checkout consistent with those rules.

10. Failed payments, collection & suspension

  • If a scheduled payment fails, we may attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment cannot be collected after a reasonable number of attempts, we may suspend or terminate access to your account until payment is resolved.

  • You remain responsible for amounts due until the subscription is properly canceled.

11. Invoices & receipts

  • Receipts and invoices for subscription payments are issued via our billing provider and will be delivered to the email address associated with your account. You can also access billing history from your account dashboard where available.

12. Chargebacks & disputes

  • If you have a billing issue, contact [Offices@Soluion4u.com] first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback with your bank without contacting Solution may result in account suspension or termination. We reserve the right to recover amounts lost due to chargebacks and to pursue legal remedies where appropriate.

13. Migration of existing users to paid plans

  • If Solution changes the status of existing free users to paid members, we will provide advance notice of the change, the date of conversion, the subscription price, and how to cancel before conversion. We recommend providing notice at least 14–30 days before conversion and offering a clear opt-out or payment method submission flow.

  • This migration notice is intended to reduce customer confusion, minimize churn and comply with consumer-protection requirements.

14. Geographic availability & payment methods

  • Solution is available worldwide unless expressly restricted. Availability of payment methods, taxes and legal protections may vary by country. Solution may restrict access or payment options in certain jurisdictions for regulatory, compliance, or payment-processor reasons.

15. Data retention related to billing

  • Billing records, invoices and transaction logs may be retained for legal, tax, and operational reasons. If you request deletion of your account, records necessary for financial or legal compliance (such as invoices) may be retained for the legally required retention period.

16. Amendments to this Policy

  • We may modify this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will provide notice (for example by email or in-app notification) before the change takes effect.

17. Governing law & consumer protections

  • The governing law for Solution is the laws of Israel, subject to mandatory consumer protections in the consumer’s jurisdiction which may override choice-of-law provisions.

  • Q: How do I cancel?
    A: Cancel from your account settings. Cancellation is effective immediately and access ends at once.

    A: Fees already paid are non-refundable except as required by law or at Solution’s discretion.

  • Q: Will you send an invoice?
    A: Yes — invoices/receipts are delivered automatically to your email and are available in your account.

  • Q: How do free trials work?
    A: Trials last 24 hours. If you provided payment details at signup, your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand.
