Child Safety Standards
Last updated: 10 September 2026
Solution: The Hub For Startups is operated by Solution Startups, Inc., a Delaware corporation. These are our published standards on child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). They apply to every part of the Solution service — the mobile app, the website, and any communication between members.
Zero tolerance for CSAE
Child sexual abuse and exploitation is absolutely prohibited on Solution. This includes, without limitation: child sexual abuse material (CSAM); any sexualisation of a minor; grooming, solicitation, or sextortion of a minor; trafficking of a minor; and promoting, facilitating, or linking to any of the above.
There is no context in which this content or conduct is permitted, and no appeal process that restores it. Violations result in immediate and permanent termination of the account, preservation of the relevant evidence, and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
Solution is an adults-only service (18+)
Solution is a professional network for founders, investors, operators and advisors. It is not directed at children, and it is not designed for or marketed to anyone under 18.
As stated in our Terms & Conditions and User Agreement, the service is intended solely for individuals aged 18 or older, and every member warrants on sign-up that they meet that requirement. If we become aware that an account belongs to someone under 18, we remove or disable that account and delete the associated personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Maintaining Solution as an adults-only network is our primary child safety control.
How to report a child safety concern
Anyone can report a child safety concern to us, whether or not they are a Solution member, and whether or not they are the person affected.
In the app
Use the Report option available on any member profile, message, or post. Reports raising a child safety concern are escalated ahead of the normal review queue.
By email — any time, no account needed
Write to Offices@Solution4u.com with “CHILD SAFETY” in the subject line. Please include any usernames, profile links, or message details that would help us locate the content.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. Reporting to us is not a substitute for contacting law enforcement. In the United States you can also report directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at report.cybertip.org.
What we do when we receive a report
When we obtain actual knowledge of apparent CSAE on Solution, we:
- 1Remove the content and immediately suspend the account or accounts involved, pending review.
- 2Preserve the content and associated account records as required for reporting and any subsequent investigation, rather than simply deleting them.
- 3Report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline, and to other regional or national authorities where the law requires it.
- 4Permanently terminate the account and take reasonable steps to prevent the same person re-registering.
- 5Cooperate with law enforcement and respond to lawful requests for information.
Compliance with child safety laws
Solution Startups, Inc. complies with applicable child safety laws in the jurisdictions where Solution is available. As a US-based provider, this includes our reporting obligations to NCMEC under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A. Where regional or national law requires reporting to a different authority, we report to that authority as well.
These standards sit alongside our Community Guidelines and Code of Conduct, which prohibit harassment, abuse, and illegal content across the platform more broadly.
Point of contact
Solution Startups, Inc. maintains a designated point of contact who is able to speak to our CSAM prevention practices and our compliance with these standards, and to receive notifications from app store operators about CSAE content reported on our platform.
